Big shout out to all the Team.

Big shout out to all the Team at Bay Plaza. You are doing a totally splendid job taking care of us all here.

Especially the kitchen staff. we are blessed.

Today is Mostly about Food

Hot cheese and tomato roll for breakfast followed by the above delicious box for morning tea.

Room service continues to arrive at my door with many surprises and choices of tasty food. My fresh fruit bowl is always full and fresh fruit juice is often on the menu.

Can it be all about food today? Last night for dinner I ate Caesar salad and a delicious vegetarian platter, my favorite. Desert of meringue nests and berry compote with ice cream on the top needless to say was amazing. I devoured it while watching Masterchef…

Security Always in A Good Mood

The security team excelled themselves today with friendly smiles, visits, conversations and a stand in the rain while we got some fresh air. The Army, the Aviation Security from the airport and a Police Officer are all part of the team with their own specific job to do.

Army Boss-man Shane who heads up security here sent us an email last night. He suggested change was in the air but we would have to wait until after dinner tonight to find out the latest news. Some important people from Government Departments came yesterday and apparently want to change the rules.  I wait wondering what changes we need?

TV Series Chosen

I have been watching the TV series “Chosen” on YouTube for  the last 3 nights. I really recommend this show, it is excellent. And it is free.

Works with your phone, tablet, and you can cast to your Roku or Chromecast.

A Note from the Director

…when we started to write a show that explores Jesus through the eyes of those around Him, we were repeatedly moved and excited. We explored the backstories of Simon Peter, Matthew, Mary Magdalene, Nicodemus, and a few of Jesus’ miracle recipients, and in turn experienced Him in the way they did. We couldn’t help but identify with their recklessness, rough pasts, religious piety, and desperation for life change. And ultimately, their redemption.

One of our favorite responses from an early screening? “The story of Jesus that actually appealed to my teenagers!”

All the actors are amazing and very real. I especially love the two guys playing Jesus and Simon Peter. Very moving scripts and acting.

I’m Grateful….. I now have “subscribe” so sign up and get my latest blog in your inbox. Thanks Elle.

Also:

For free Wifi so I can watch all my favorite videos.

For ice cream.

For this rich experience in quarantine which I never thought I would experience.
