PRAYER POINTS from Anne Marrow

Declaring Who God is…

  • the victorious one – Colossians 2:15
  •  the commander of the living armies of God
  •  a mighty warrior – Isaiah 42:13

Declare What God has Done

He defeated the rulers and powers of the spiritual world. With the cross, he won the victory over them and led them away, as defeated and powerless prisoners for the whole world to see.

God is the commander of the living armies of God – a mighty warrior. He is mighty – all-powerful. (Isaiah 42:13) He is God, who answers prayer. (Jeremiah 33:3)

A New Cry

Pray that God will put a new cry and indignation in our hearts concerning current issues – that many more will seek Him, believing that the destiny of God for New Zealand will prevail.

The earnest heartfelt prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available. (James 5:16)

Salvation

Pray that many more people, young and old will desire God and turn to Him for salvation and hope. Hope in the future…

Pray that there will be an openness to hear truth and that the agenda of the enemy will be exposed and silenced.

Weapons of our Warfare

Our weapons are mighty through God to the pulling down of enemy strongholds. (Ephesians 6:12)

Pray that every challenge and opposition against righteous campaigners will fall short.

Weapons are formed, but they will not prosper. (Isaiah 54:17)

Pray for all Candidates

Pray that those campaigning will receive strength, boldness and courage. That they will be given wisdom and grace, miraculous provision for the work and their families in every way.
